As a Business Analyst at Invos Global, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven insights that guide project direction. Your responsibilities will include translating business needs into clear documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational objectives. This role demands strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and a deep understanding of business operations and technology integration.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for various projects.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Document business processes and workflows.
Ensure security best practices are implemented throughout the infrastructure.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
Assist in the design and development of software solutions.

Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
